Interviewing123 was inspired from years of interviewing and not finding that singular resource that could be relied on as a go to resource for interview preparation. The primary objective is to offer/share an effective, pragmatic and simple framework for the interviewing process that strives to be the primary singular interviewing resource. This is a foundational resource for those that are new to the interviewing process as it is a collaboration of information that has been accumulated for more than a decade from numberous sources and experiences. In addition, this material will service as a great refresher for the more experienced professionals that may be engaged in a job transition.

The premise behind Interviewing123 is based on the concept of continuous improvement. This can be illustrated with three steps:

Step 1: Develop Applicable Knowledge / Skillsets

This is the first step to becoming knowledgeable/an expert in any area of interest. In the area of interviewing, this is the value that Interviewing123 offers.

Step 2: Execute / Gain Experience

This is where experience is gained as the application of Step 1 is put into practice. A key point here is to be prepared enough to be able to be in a space where the experience can be absorbed and able to be assessed (against the tools that have been gained in step 1).

Step 3: Adapt / Adjust

The final step in the iterating continuous improvement loop is to assess the application to identify where adjustments can be made to improve the experience in the future. This will be heavily dependent on the variables in applicable situations.
