Job Interview Narratives

Having a strong job transition narrative is IMPERATIVE. During the interview it will be very likely that you will be asked to walk through your career path.

The following guidelines should be followed when discussing job transistions:

1. Stay away from personal drama stories.
2. Not the time to discuss compensation.
3. Never say anything negative about a previous employer.
4. Narrate a strong carreer trasition strategy - plans may have been derailed due to numberous factors, but showing a strong "internal locus of control" is attractive.
